What You’ll Be Doing:
- Consultative Sales: Use your expertise to help clients choose the right insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and more) based on their needs
- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service through every stage of their insurance journey
- Bilingual Advantage: Use your Spanish language skills to connect with a broader range of clients and deliver outstanding customer care
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve goals and provide seamless service
- Insurance Expertise: Provide advice and support on Property & Casualty insurance products, policies, and claims
- Drive Growth: Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Property & Casualty License: Required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English: Fluent communication in both languages is essential
- Proven Insurance Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales and customer service preferred
- Sales & Service Focused: Strong ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions that best meet those needs
- Positive & Driven: A go-getter with a positive attitude who thrives in a sales environment
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to manage tasks, processes, and customer communications

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
